    This hotel is definitely worth the money! Not only is it brand new, but it also offers a great view of the surrounding town and river. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. Plus, the breakfast is amazing - you have to try the tahini!

    Although there were a few minor issues with the room, overall everything was ok.

    The hotel amenities were sufficient for a comfortable stay over Easter. The rooms were spacious enough and had all basic amenities in good condition. The location was central and easily accessible to main attractions and transport options. The river view from room was scenic and soothing. The food was good and not too overpriced, which made it reasonable and tasty.

    The staff lacked friendliness and warmth, which led to a cold atmosphere. The customer service was not up to the standards that guests might expect as they were hardly helpful with our requests.

    We had an amazing stay with great facilities. The hotel was very clean and had excellent hotel facilities including a fitness centre and spa.
